From your first conversation with founder Kim through to delivery, you'll be part of a process built on genuine diamonds, meticulous design, and uncompromising quality. STEP ONE — PRIVATE CONSULTATION
Your journey begins with a private, one-on-one consultation with our founder and designer, Kim, either in person at our East Victoria Park studio or virtually, the more the merrier so you're welcome to bring your partner, friends & family for support. Together we'll talk through your vision, your budget, and what matters most to you, so you can make an informed decision.

STEP TWO — BESPOKE DIAMOND SOURCING
Once we understand your vision, we curate a selection of diamonds sourced and hand-selected specifically for you. Unlike browsing a display case, you'll view real, genuine diamonds in person during your consultation, not just photos or renders, so you can see exactly how each stone catches the light before you decide.
Every diamond we source is held to strict quality thresholds for cut, clarity, and performance, so you can trust that what you're choosing isn't just beautiful, it's exceptional. STEP THREE — DESIGN & CAD RENDER
With your diamond selected, Kim, who has been designing fine jewellery for over six years, brings your ring to life through a detailed, true-to-scale CAD render. You'll see your bespoke design from every angle, with the exact dimensions of your chosen stone, before a single element goes into production. Kim's meticulous eye for design means every detail, from setting to profile, is refined until it's exactly right, with as many revisions as you need to feel confident in your final design.
FINAL STEP — HANDCRAFTED FINISHING & DELIVERY
Once your design is approved, your ring is handcrafted, then locally finished in our Perth studio by Artisan jewellers with over 26 years of experience. Because every piece is finished right here, not overseas, we're able to personally quality-check each ring before it reaches you, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship every step of the way.
Your finished piece, accompanied by diamond certification, and delivered via fully insured shipping or personal hand-delivery, ready for the long awaited proposal.
