Hello, I am Kim Phan, Founder & Director at Chatoyer Diamonds. As a former Corporate Executive Manager with experience working for Fortune 500 companies, I've always had a passion for business and entrepreneurship. I had a dream of starting my own business and making a difference in the world. That’s how Chatoyer Diamonds was born.

I founded Chatoyer Diamonds out of a desire to provide consumers with a sustainable and affordable option to diamond jewellery. I firmly believe that quality and design should not be compromised for the sake of cost, and that's why I am dedicated to offering not only natural mined diamonds at more affordable prices but also an alternative, being lab grown diamonds. I am also obsessed with offering a transparent, educational, ethical, and customer-centric experience.

My mission is to create a transparent, sustainable retail experience that puts customers first. I believe that by utilising advanced technology and innovative business practices, we can disrupt the diamond industry and provide consumers with a better, more ethical option and outcome when purchasing diamonds.
